Hub Manager / Physiotherapist
We're TomFit, an AI-native physical health provider, building our own training machine and studios, scaling out of Zürich. We combine a new kind of strength training machine, the TomBot, with a software platform and AI to let people create, execute, and monitor a personal training regime that actually adapts to them. A deeply integrated diagnostics capability lets us tailor every exercise to the user for highly targeted, effective, and efficient training. As a small, multi-disciplinary team of 25 across engineering, product, and operations, we currently run three hubs with more than a dozen machines deployed. Our TomFit Hub in Kraków (Osiedle Avia 5) is where members experience TomFit training and our TomBot. We are looking for someone to run it – and to make everyone who walks in feel genuinely looked after.
What you'll do
- Customer acquisition: attract and win new members for the Kraków hub through local outreach, referrals, and in-studio conversion
- Training & onboarding: run TomFit onboardings and guide new members through their first TomBot sessions so they feel confident and motivated
- Member care: look after members across their whole journey, building relationships that keep them training and engaged
- Team support: supervise and support the hub team, creating a positive, professional environment
- Hub operations: handle the administrative and organisational work needed to run the hub day to day – scheduling, coordination, and keeping everything in order
What we need from you
- A background in physiotherapy (education or professional experience) – you understand the body, movement, and how to help people train safely and effectively
- Experience in fitness or training, with real enthusiasm for helping people get stronger and healthier
- A warm, proactive personality: you enjoy meeting new people, winning them over for something you believe in, and caring for a community
- Comfortable with the administrative and organisational side of running a studio
- On-site role at our Kraków hub (Osiedle Avia 5) – you work with members and the TomBot in the studio
- Fluent Polish and English (both required)
- Available to start immediately
